As the former President and Broker for Opulence International Realty, James spearheaded an organization that achieved over $125 million in sales within two years. He hired and trained 59 agents, deployed state-of-the-art technology, and achieved triple-digit year-over-year growth. His efforts positioned the brand in the luxury market and expanded its reach to international buyers, including strong influence in Latin America, China, and Canada. Additionally, James created a development division that provided fully integrated turnkey sales and marketing programs for developers, including sales and administrative solutions. Breaking New Ground
James established one of the first Sports and Entertainment divisions in the real estate industry, attracting former athletes and entrepreneurs from entertainment sectors.
