Lake Worth Beach has always been an eclectic and affordable beach community with a rich heritage.  It is only 5.5 square miles of city located on the Intracoastal as well as a 19 acre beach on the ocean.  Just South of West Palm Beach and Palm Beach it has an exceptional location to the Palm Beach International Airport.  It has two main access corridors to I95 so it makes it quick and easy to go anywhere in South Florida.  Lake Worth beach is a charming city with a rich history and a dynamic future.  The old Gulf Stream Hotel located in downtown at the Intracoastal has recently been purchased and plans for its transformation are under way.  It is one of several significant investments into this historic community.  The city is home to one of the largest public Intracoastal frontage golf courses, established in 1926. 

ARCHITECTUALLY SIGNIFICANT…

Lake Worth Beach has one of the most diverse architectually historic communities in all of Florida.  There are nearly 2500 homes in historic districts and each are unique and full of charm and Character.  Parrot Cove and Mango Groves are fantastic examples of dynamic neighborhood revivals and make up what is known as The North East Lucerne Historic Preservation District .  You will find almost every architectual style and building method used in the 20th century in this district. 

WHAT IT’S LIKE TO LIVE THERE…

Easily walk to downtown shops and restaurants, Bryant Park, launch your boat or kayak or take a short bike ride to the beach.  Its an ideal neighborhood to live and play in.  There is always something happening in Lake Worth.
